We had a little celebration for Cinco de Mayo with my parents and my uncle Bob. I made homemade salsa and guacamole, quesadillas, and of course margaritas. I enjoy an excuse to cook for people, (now that I have figured out how to do this with a baby!), and it was fun to relax and hang out. And so much cheaper than a restaurant!! :)
